PPL Insights had a great time at the 18th IFST Sensory Science Group Conference on Thursday 7th June.
The conference was all about health and wellbeing, and explored how sensory and consumer science is adapting to this growing platform.
PPL Insights’ sensory manager, Steph Mitchell, did the opening and closing remarks as SSG Chair, as well introducing the morning speakers.
Our table was a great focal point for people to find us and for us to interact with the delegates.
The Mystery Cake taste test went down a treat – only one person guessed correctly that the secret ingredient was pea. Many thanks to all who took part in the competition. We hope you enjoyed the experience.
It was a really productive day all round – well done team.
