Hannah Lloyd took on the Walk In Her Shoes challenge for Care International.

The money raised for this campaign helps to build wells and water pumps closer to rural communities so that women and girls don’t have to spend their days walking for water. Instead they can spend their time getting an education or a job, giving them the chance to turn their life around.

Hannah walked over 10K steps a day (87,000 over the week) from the 16th – 22nd of April with the aim of raising £100 to help improve access to water for girls and women.

She also held a bake sale at the office and managed to raise an amazing £90!

The final total Hannah raised was £200.50, all of which was doubled by the UK government through the Help Her Live, Learn and Earn campaign.

Well done, Hannah – we’re all very proud of you.
