Sensory Analyst

Max joined PPL Insights in June 2017 providing support across a range of sensory research projects. Max thrives on the challenge of becoming more knowledgeable and familiar in the field of sensory. As an essential part of the Sensory team, he is responsible for organising sensory panels, developing product prep and serving protocols, setting up projects and assisting with data collection and analysis.

Max has a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition from the St. Mary’s University in Twickenham and has also previously been a Pampered Chef consultant.

His hobbies include cooking, playing sport particularly football, and socialising with his friends.
