Fran plans and manages quantitative consumer and sensory research projects, working with each client to ensure the research programme employed is tailored to meet their requirements most effectively and delivers meaningful insight.

Fran now has 12 years agency experience. She first joined PPL Insights as a graduate in 2002. In 2005 she made the move to jra research working on both quantitative and qualitative projects. Fran then took a brief sabbatical to travel before returning to PPL Insights.

At PPL Insights, Fran has worked on UK and international projects related to products including soft drinks, snacks, alcohol, luxury foods, ready meals and oral care for many of the UK’s leading brands.

Fran is a mum of three young children, which has improved her multitasking and planning skills, but leaves little time for hobbies! However, she is a keen cook, a MasterChef addict, a (lapsed) gym goer and has just discovered indoor rock climbing with her children.
